Do you collaborate internationally?
We do! and we love having a variety of culture in our community. As long as we are aligned, set clear expectations for your vision and we understand each other, we are good to go! Besides English, I also operate in Spanish and Catalan fluently.
In that case, the short answer is we are probably not a good fit.
Truth is, we want to set you up for success with a brand that truly represents you and your unique approach. For this, we'll need to build a strategic brand identity system that can be felt and experienced by your ideal customer while growing with you over time.
It's important that you feel represented in your brand while it acts as a bridge between you and your dream clients. This is why our collaborative approach & method is built to infuse your story, personality and create a unique style that your customer resonates with.
We work on a first book-first serve basis with limited spots each quarter. We recommend to reserve spots with 2 weeks to 1 month in advance. As soon as the deposit to reserve your spot is taken care of and we sign our contract agreement, your date will be officially pinned in the calendar (yay!). During our first coffee date I'll also ask about your ideal launch date and keep it top of mind as we sync calendars.
Absolutely! Our offboarding includes a training session / loom video to walk you through everything we've built and go over the launch guidelines. For your website we also provide an offboarding training and exclusive access to our how to video library keep your website updated.
*You also have the option to stay with us (which we love) to help you further build on top of your brand + website with our retainer package.
